Infor LN Developer

Job Purpose/Scope:

• Position specializes on LN and surrounding core applications ranging from LN development, problem identification, resolution, and documentation.
• Highly knowledgeable on modules supporting all functional disciplines in a manufacturing environment. (MRP/MPS, Quality, Finance Sales, Purchasing, Engineering etc.).
• This position will focus on supporting the company s Operational function processes associated with MRP.
• Ability to accomplish projects on time and within budget. Strong communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of users in the organization.
• Research solutions; provide guidance and training as required

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Project Management experience in the deployment of IT Infrastructure technologies focused on Enterprise/Cloud- and EUC-Services.
• Conceptual knowledge of main IT Infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, cloud, EUC and applications).
• Explaining to designers and developers what s required and overseeing the progress
• Producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project
• Ability to work independent with guidance and inputs in Finance and Supply Chain Modules
• Gather/analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system design specifications.
• Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
• Perform Baan programming based on function/technical specifications
• Follow all established policies and procedures and create the required documentation.
• Plan, write and execute test plans
• Assist business stakeholders with user acceptance testing, defect reporting and resolution.
• Adhere to company programming standards
• Provides leadership and management of the services delivery team.
• Ensures delivery objectives and performance metrics are achieved.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of LN Development Tools
• Strong LN ERP implementation and support background
• Experience in working in Infor ION integration between CRM and EPR
• Experience in enterprise applications, solutions and data center infrastructures.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and excitement with key customer personnel, as well as work collaboratively and in a hands-on manner with technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of LN and its application to business processes
• Troubleshoot LN related application problems with little or no guidance.
• Focus on operational aspect
• Seamlessly work with end users, particularly on the Manufacturing process side, to analyze and resolve problems. Analyzes underlying issues.
• Strong analytical, listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Highly effective and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

• Minimum 5-10 years experience performing LN business process analysis and design
• Minimum 5-10 years experience development in a LN environment
• Experience in LN Manufacturing and Distribution a must
• Experience in LN administration a plus
• Experience in LN ION a plus
• Experience in LN Finance a plus
