Salesforce System Administrator Enterprise Org Support (Austin Hybrid)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)
Contract: Long-Term (1+ year, with potential extension)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be local to the Austin, TX area and able to work onsite two days per week

  • W2 only no C2C, 1099, or third-party vendors

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or visa transfer

  • Must be willing to participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to support multiple enterprise Salesforce orgs. This role requires hands-on administration, configuration, data migration, troubleshooting, integration support, and the ability to build or stand up new orgs from the ground up. Experience working within Agile (Scrum) teams and supporting production environments is essential.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, governance standards, CI/CD frameworks, and best practices for data integrity, access, and system performance. Experience with Salesforce custom development, DocuSign, or Azure Data Factory is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain multiple Salesforce orgs, including security, permissions, automation, and integrations

  • Set up new Salesforce environments from scratch, ensuring scalability and compliance with enterprise standards

  • Support system integrations, AppExchange solutions, and 3rd-party tools

  • Perform data migrations, data cleanup, validation, and quality assurance

  • Troubleshoot complex system and production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD processes using tools such as Flosum

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Provide 24/7 on-call support rotation as required

  • Create and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and system workflows


Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting complex Salesforce orgs

  • 7+ years experience with SDLC, change control, coding standards, and CI/CD toolsets (e.g., Flosum)

  • 7+ years experience with data migrations, integrations, AppExchange products, and system troubleshooting

  • 7+ years experience diagnosing and resolving complex system issues and recommending solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) and integrating 3rd-party applications

  • Experience with core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

  • 2+ years Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Aura, LWC)

  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit)

  • 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience

  • Experience configuring Salesforce automations: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules
