Job Summary
This position serves on a team of Oracle Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Benefits module within the Oracle Cloud software. During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of all Benefits plans (Medical, Pension, Retirement Plans, etc.). Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software. This role will also provide internal customers Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support. This person Perform other duties as assigned.

General tasks and responsibilities will include:
Provide PeopleSoft Benefits Production support
Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project
Knowledge of ORACLE Cloud is a must with at least 3 implementations on the Benefits module
Partner with HRSS personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications.
Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions
Work with other EITS teams during downtimes, SQL server updates, Epic upgrades
Perform other work as assigned

The Business Systems Analyst s Lvl 3 role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
General Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include:
Technical:
Own the functional requirements link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Communicates needed changes to development team.
Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
Project Execution:
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Communicates and applies project standards.
Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
Communication:
Facilitates the scheduling and arrangement of meetings and workshops necessary to keep the project moving along.
Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Analysis:
Analyze and document business processes.
o Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications
Educational Level:
A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study; and
Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years).
Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience.
Broad knowledge and expertise in the characteristics of computers, peripheral devices, communications systems and hardware capabilities, programming languages, E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodology, data management and retrieval techniques; or
A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Years of Experience:
Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years).
Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience.
