We are seeking a Systems Analyst with deep ServiceNow expertise to support the Florida PALM Project. This role focuses on the configuration, design, development, and integration of the ServiceNow platform to meet enterprise workflow and case management needs.
Responsibilities
Configure, design, and support ServiceNow modules including:
Case & Major Case Management
Change/Problem/Incident Management
Service Request & Knowledge Management
Service Level Management & CMDB
Customer and Technician Portals, Virtual Agent, Dashboards & Analytics
Develop custom workflows, flows, dashboards, and automated processes.
Implement Service Level Management functionality and reporting.
Perform CSM upgrades, module configuration, and integration testing.
Conduct defect management, regression, smoke, and release testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide knowledge transfer.
Create documentation for workflows, standards, and system configurations.
Required Qualifications
3+ years hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, SQL.
Integration experience with Microsoft and third-party systems.
Knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
ServiceNow Certifications (required):
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
Advanced certifications: CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM.
Expertise in performance tuning, ACLs, roles, groups, authentication.
Experience with Florida state government systems.
IT or financial systems project management background.
