Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions, including architecture, integration, data modeling, and custom development strategies.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership across solution delivery lifecycle planning, development, testing, deployment.
- Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure solutions align with client requirements and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and integration challenges.
- Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance across solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) architecture and development.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/FO/Power Platform architecture, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, and model-driven apps.
- Experience in designing integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Expertise in data migration strategies and tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for solution management and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and CDS.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with public sector or local government clients is a plus.
- Experience with hybrid environments or legacy system integrations.
