Job Details
We're looking for a Manager Reporting & Analytics Assistance with strong experience in Azure Data Factory and SQL to join our Corporate Analytics & Reporting team. You'll design and manage data pipelines, support reporting tools, and help drive data-driven decisions across IT and operations.
This is a remote, direct-hire opportunity located in Las Vegas, NV.
COMP: Up to $130K + 15% potential bonus depending on candidate experience.

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING:
- Design and build data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
- Develop, test, and optimize T-SQL/PL-SQL procedures and scripts
- Collaborate with BI developers, DBAs, and business teams to support reporting initiatives
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources
- Translate business requirements into technical specs and actionable dashboards
- Convert legacy reports into automated, self-service Power BI dashboards
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across all systems
- Create, scale, and manage cloud-native applications using Azure PaaS (preferred)
WHAT YOU LL BRING:
- Bachelor s in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure Data Factory (5+ years of experience)
- Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines (5+ years of experience)
- T-SQL/PL-SQL
- SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSMS
- Power BI dashboards
- Proficiency in data warehouse design and development (MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, EDW)
- Strong data modeling and ETL experience
- Nice to have:
- RESTful/SOAP web services, Azure PaaS (App Services, Storage, Functions)
- MS Azure Platform (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- Experience with gaming/hospitality systems (Stratton Wareen, Infinium, Ariba, Cognos)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Performance Analytics Module, DAX for Power Bi
