Job Details

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years working specifically with the ServiceNow platform.

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer on enterprise-scale projects.

  • Strong knowledge of key ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.

  • Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API, and business rules.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

  • Additional certifications (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, etc.) highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure integration.

  • Experience in multi-instance ServiceNow environments and platform upgrades.
