Youll lead critical development initiatives and have a direct hand in designing and implementing a scalable architecture with Python, PySpark, and AWS EKS at its core.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing microservices using Python, PySpark, AWS EKS, and PostgreSQL
- Supporting a transition from legacy systems (Informatica, SAS, AutoSys, DB2) to a modern cloud environment
- Creating technical and functional documentation and driving data analysis and automation efforts
- Building BDD-style automated tests using Behave/Cucumber and PyTest
- Driving CI/CD practices with Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube, and Fortify
- Working closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and data mapping
- Promoting high-quality, scalable code and performance tuning across environments
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Python, PySpark, and microservices
- AWS EKS, PostgreSQL, Informatica, SAS, Snowflake
- Automation tools: Behave/Cucumber, PyTest, AutoSys
- CI/CD: Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with:
- AMQ, Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, DB2, Tableau
- Angular (around 10% of the work)
