Seeking a Product Owner for a remote contract opportunity.

*Must Have:*

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.

- Collaborative with strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.

- Experience and understanding of financial data conversions.

- Experience working in Agile or SAFe development is a plus.

- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) desired.

*Summary:*

Expertise in banking, commercial lending, loan servicing, and data conversions is essential for this role. The Senior Product Owner will define, develop, and support the implementation of product roadmap deliverables and capabilities. They will lead a continuous prioritization process to maximize total value, mitigate risks, and enhance business benefits across the bank.

*General Function:*

Overseeing the squad responsible for creating, prioritizing, and managing conversion tools and processes for transitioning data from legacy systems to the future system AFS Vision. This involves defining conversion selection criteria, mapping data, and implementing post-conversion reconciliation and reporting. The Senior Product Owner will manage the team's backlog by prioritizing, articulating, and delivering new features from ideation to production release, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.

*Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*

- Collaborate with various business functions, IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other key partners to define and execute product strategies.

- Engage with cross-functional teams for agreement, approval, and guidance.

- Provide ongoing communications with key stakeholders.

- Work with subject matter experts to drive outcomes for the product and the Bank.

- Cultivate relationships with third parties to ensure a seamless experience for employees and customers.

- Maintain and provide product information for training and documentation.
