Lead Technical Architect ( 12-15 years )

Fulltime/Permanent

Location: St Louis, MO (Onsite) - Candidate's need to be onsite at the client office for the initial 3 months then on and off during the remaining duration.

Experience:

• 12 15 years of experience in designing and delivering complex technical solutions across enterprise-scale programs, preferably in Salesforce, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ERP, integration, or data transformation domains.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end architecture across multiple technical streams, ensuring design scalability, performance, and alignment to enterprise architecture standards.
• Experience working onsite in client-facing roles, collaborating closely with business, IT, and delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise in solution architecture, application design, API strategy, integration patterns, and DevOps alignment.
• Strong hands-on exposure to at least one major platform or stack such as Salesforce (Sales/Service/Revenue Cloud), Java/.NET, Mulesoft, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Experience in leading cross-functional architecture governance, code reviews, and technical design validation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical solutioning and architectural decisions across program workstreams.
• Define and maintain the technical architecture blueprint, including integrations, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with client architects, technical leads, and enterprise teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Review and validate designs, data models, API contracts, and ensure adherence to security and compliance policies.
• Guide the technical team on best practices in coding, deployment, DevOps, and performance optimization.
• Drive architectural governance forums, resolve technical challenges, and de-risk implementation through proactive design decisions.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to support solution shaping, estimation, and feasibility analysis.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and presentations with client stakeholders.
• Mentor senior developers and architects across streams to raise the architectural maturity of the program.

Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications like Salesforce CTA, AWS Solution Architect, or TOGAF preferred.
