Description

We are searching for a diligent Business Analyst to join our team in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role will primarily involve functioning as a liaison between the IT development group and business units, ensuring the efficient development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. The role requires a hybrid schedule, with the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Act as a key liaison between IT development groups and various business units to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing ones.
Evaluate new applications and identify system requirements to meet evolving business needs.
Recommend appropriate system alternatives or enhancements to current systems based on analysis of IT developments and business requirements.
Prepare communications and deliver presentations on system enhancements or alternatives.
Work under the guidance of a project manager to ensure project goals are met.
Utilize skills in Communication, Presentations, Implementation, Liaison, and Business Requirement Document to effectively perform duties.
Collaborate with Business Units to understand and translate their needs into system enhancements.
Analyze and implement EO/IR systems based on the needs of the business.

Requirements

Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
Ability to implement and manage business enhancements and system enhancements
Experience working with EO/IR systems
Strong liaison skills to facilitate coordination between various business units
Skilled in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents
Proven track record in driving business unit performance and enhancement
Knowledge and experience in the energy/natural resources industry
Proven ability to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvements, and create strategic business solutions
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
