PC Support

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a PC Support

Location - Kansas City, MO onsite job

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Provide PC support (hardware, software, troubleshooting)
Deliver Audio/Video support for meetings and events
Offer Executive support with a focus on professionalism and discretion
Maintain an organized, efficient approach to resolving IT issues
Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking requests
Occasionally travel between local sites (10 15 minutes drive)

Qualifications:
1 3 years of experience in IT support (interns with a few months of hands-on experience will also be considered)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
