Job Description
Responsible for assisting in developing manufacturing processes, equipment and tooling alternatives, sequence, and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines, and facilities necessary for production of parts and assemblies. Responsible for executing sequence of operations and manufacturing process definition. Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants for production of high-quality assemblies. Provide technical direction to and oversight of outside vendor sources. Development and testing of advanced process technology. Developing technical knowledge and ability to implement Lean principles. Demonstrate strong analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues. Demonstrate ability to manager projects and assignments with autonomy and accountability for results and demonstrate ability in project management skills. 80% travel required to client sites nationwide.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Employer will accept one (1) year of related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education. Two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Manufacturing Specialist, NPP Programs and AVD Studies Coordinator, Manufacturing Engineering Body Systems Controller, Manufacturing Engineering Body Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Intern, or related occupation. Two years of experience in the following skills: Manufacturing processes including welding, dispense, and throughput; Body shop tooling vendor experience; Design for manufacturing with new product launches; Teamcenter Visualization; and Autodesk Design Review or AutoCAD 3D.
