The compensation for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bon to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.

Responsibilities & Functions:
- Develops web applications using J2EE application architecture, Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as Eclipse, using relational databases such as MS SQL Server, and/or Oracle using Agile software development methodologies
- Works with Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Coordinates with technical team
- Responsible for the development of Deliverables related to technical design
- Participates in Technical design meetings, and daily Scrum meetings
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Java Developer experience with State Government
