Job Description
Location: Portsmouth, NH (highly preferred) or Boston, MA. This will be a hybrid 2X a week onsite schedule
Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Computer Science or a related discipline
Desired skills:
Minimum 6 years of IT and project/program management experience in Agile software development, including coaching on agile methodologies
Familiarity with scaling frameworks and methodologies with 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consensus-building skills
Requires the ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation
Requires solid project management skills, ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team building skills, business judgment, and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff
Requires in-depth knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives. Knowledge of Financial systems and practices is beneficial, and knowledge of Client is preferred
Job Introduction:
The Scrum Master II is responsible for the timely and successful delivery of features/enablers for programmatic business and/or technology objectives that require coordination of multiple Scrum teams. Facilitates process and program execution, escalates impediments, manages risk, and helps drive program-level continuous improvement.

Implements consistent processes and tools for program management
Aggregates the Scrum team objectives and progress and publishes to the business and all team members to ensure visibility and transparency
Removes impediments through the provision of appropriate resources, guidance, and escalation
Collaborate with product owner and architect to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
Facilitates interaction and appropriate communication between scrum teams, architecture, and UX
Ensures adherence to agile practice through program increment planning, retrospectives, etc., for scrum teams
Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives
Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance to scrum masters
Provides input on Scrum Master performance
