Job Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with deep technical expertise and leadership experience to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce development efforts, designing scalable solutions, and guiding a team of developers to successful project execution. This role will play a critical part in enhancing user experience and aligning Salesforce capabilities with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers in the design and implementation of robust solutions.

  2. Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

  5. Manage integrations with third-party systems to expand Salesforce functionality.

  6. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

  7. Facilitate knowledge sharing through training sessions and workshops for team members.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.

  • Strong ability to customize and develop Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and integration architecture.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience guiding teams and ensuring project delivery.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
