Role: Junior Support Analyst
Location: Columbia, SC/ Shelton, CT

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Analyst to provide frontline support for restaurant technology systems, including Point of Sale (POS), menu configuration tools, and payment platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for restaurant systems including POS terminals, menu management software, and payment gateways.
Monitor and respond to support tickets, emails, and calls from restaurant staff.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to senior analysts or vendors.
Assist in system updates, configuration changes, and testing of new features.
Document support cases, resolutions, and known issues in the knowledge base.
