Job Details

  • Policy Development: Create and maintain operational policies for managing law enforcement and third-party requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, operations, and engineering teams to integrate products into compliance tooling.
  • Technical Communication: Translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear operational guidance.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft policy-related materials, update documentation based on legal input, and track policy implementation.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Handle escalations, identify policy gaps, and support compliance efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal teams and ensure regulatory and operational readiness.
  • Project Ownership: Take initiative in managing priorities, attending meetings, and driving action items forward.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years in policy, legal, compliance, government, privacy, or strategy roles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple functions.
  • Experience working in tech companies or supporting tech clients.
  • Excellent writing skills, particularly for technical documentation.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in law enforcement policy, privacy regulations, and risk assessment.
  • Global work experience in diverse markets.
  • Familiarity with crisis management and instructional design.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and pivot as needed.
