Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in creating and managing advanced marketing automation strategies within a regulated financial services environment. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud to drive personalized, compliant, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure compliance and security in marketing processes.
Oversee integrations between Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, ensuring seamless data connectivity.
Develop personalization strategies based on client segmentation, lifecycle stages, and advisor relationships.
Architect complex marketing journeys for onboarding, nurturing, and retention purposes.
Manage consent frameworks, preference centers, and compliance-related aspects of marketing automation.
Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure adherence to financial services regulations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and marketing technologists.
Review and approve solution designs and code from internal and external contributors.
Partner with Salesforce administrators and architects to maintain cohesive platform integration.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce platforms, including 3 years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proven expertise in data extensions, AMPscript, and dynamic content frameworks.
Hands-on experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud.
Familiarity with regulated financial services environments such as banking, insurance, or wealth management.
Comprehensive understanding of data structures including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, and Relationships.
Knowledge of financial compliance, consent management, and data governance requirements.
Proficiency in marketing automation software and platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong background in digital marketing and email campaign execution.
