Job Details
Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Support major SD-WAN and Cisco ISE deployments
- Implement and maintain new Cisco VoIP solution
- Manage Cisco wired and wireless infrastructure
- Rack, cable, and configure network devices and access switches
- Field end user and clinical device support calls
- Participate in on-call rotation and resolve network incidents
- Maintain network documentation and assist with upgrades
Top/Must have skills:
- Cisco networking (routing, switching, WiFi)
- Cisco ISE and SD-WAN experience
- Cisco VoIP setup and troubleshooting
- Strong IP networking fundamentals
- Hands-on work with physical network devices
- Solid troubleshooting and end user support
Nice to Have Skills:
- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP)
- Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Cisco Prime)
- Exposure to clinical or device-heavy environments
- Network documentation and diagramming experience
Tech Stack/Environment: Enterprise environment utilizing Cisco routers, switches, wireless, and VoIP with Cisco ISE and SD-WAN, built on TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, OSPF, and BGP, monitored through SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, and Cisco Prime to support end user and clinical devices.
