Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio, for a Contract to permanent position. This role focuses on optimizing Oracle NetSuite processes, particularly in Accounts Receivable and Purchasing workflows, to enhance efficiency and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background and the ability to deliver impactful system improvements.
Responsibilities:
Implement and optimize workflows for Accounts Receivable and Purchasing within the Oracle NetSuite platform.
Provide hands-on training to team members on newly configured processes and system functionalities.
Configure automated invoice reminders to replace manual tasks and ensure timely communication.
Develop and deploy notification systems to streamline operations within NetSuite.
Automate manual processes to improve operational accuracy and reduce inefficiencies.
Build and customize reports and dashboards within NetSuite to meet organizational needs.
Offer strategic recommendations for system enhancements and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
Extensive experience as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Purchasing modules within Oracle NetSuite.
Proficiency in automating workflows and configuring notifications in NetSuite.
Expertise in client-side scripting and API development.
Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents and manage system configurations.
Familiarity with NetSuite CRM and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
Experience in Salesforce development is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
