Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and packages within Oracle Database environments.
- Build and maintain ETL workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with application development teams to integrate database logic and ETL processes into business workflows.
- Perform query performance tuning and optimization for high-volume transactional systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards through robust SQL and ETL practices.
- Develop solutions for data migration, transformation, and integration between heterogeneous systems.
- Create and maintain stored procedures, triggers, and functions to enhance application performance.
- Generate reports and dashboards using SQL for business insights and analytics.
- Support database upgrades and assist in implementing new features for application scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL development with ETL expertise.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, or custom PL/SQL scripts.
- Expertise in writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and packages in Oracle environments.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with data modeling, normalization, and relational database design principles.
- Exposure to Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
