Job Details

Minimum Skills & Experience Required:
  • 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering complex IT software projects in large organizations using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end software implementation: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and support.
  • Strong experience collaborating with stakeholders across various departments and professional backgrounds to define project scope, requirements, business goals, and technical deliverables.
  • Highly proficient in writing, creating, and maintaining documentation (as-is diagrams, to-be diagrams, user stories, requirements documents, test plans, etc.).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Duties May Include:
  • Analyze and understand existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop as-is and to-be process diagrams; maintain requirements traceability matrix.
  • Manage business analysis activities using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including progress tracking and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in change management activities: impact assessments, training material development, and end-user support during system transitions.
  • Gather, define, and translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to design innovative solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Prepare training materials and assist customers with end-user training.
  • Support testing activities: coordinate test planning, test case development, and execution; ensure defects are resolved before deployment.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers; provide regular project updates and status reports.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, recommend system enhancements, and monitor ongoing system performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to business analysis activities; escalate critical issues as needed.
Education & Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in business analysis, software implementation, and Agile methodology (additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis).
