Job Details

Schedules and performs logistics pertaining to flight and maintenance training for a single airplane model. Participates in product/process changes (impact and alternative analysis, documentation, etc.) via defined change management processes. Assists in forecasting optimal training schedules based upon strategic plans. Assists with rescheduling efforts. Supports the development of reports and analyses regarding training.

- Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
- Knowledge of techniques to help identify a customer's organization, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, problems, and other constraints in order to provide effective product support and technical issue resolution.

Required Experience:
Scheduling experience
Experience working with customer focused accounts and knowledge of working with customers.
Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years' related work experience).
