- 84 months of experience conducting security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
- 84 months of experience mapping and migrating security roles to Workday, ensuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) best practices.
- 84 months of experience implementing security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
- 84 months of experience conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- 84 months of experience providing training and documentation on Workday security policies.
- 84 months of experience analysing security issues and developing innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
- 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive security practices.
- Oracle PeopleSoft Certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree must
