Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Technical Lead to lead, design, and implement scalable, enterprise-grade digital solutions using Sitecore. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Sitecore (XP/XM/Headless/Content Hub), deep knowledge of .NET, and proven experience architecting and delivering complex CMS-driven platforms. This role blends hands-on development, architectural vision, and technical leadership to guide teams in delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years working with Sitecore CMS, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x/10.x, including SXA, JSS, and Headless implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub, personalization, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Experience designing multi-site, multilingual, enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions.
  • Integration experience with CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), DAM, ERP, APIs, and other platforms.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Kubernetes, Functions, Cosmos DB, CDN).
  • Familiarity with microservices and headless architecture patterns.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.

Preferred Skills

  • Sitecore certifications (Developer, Architect, Content Hub).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) for headless Sitecore implementations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
