Our team is looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Data Analyst to support regulatory reporting and content moderation initiatives. This role is essential in helping the organization meet evolving global compliance requirements while ensuring accurate and independent data analysis and reporting safety data.

responsibilities:
o Gather, Collate, and Categorize safety-related data from various internal corporate data sources.
o Analyze and Interpret data to support safety compliance guidance with international regulatory frameworks.
o Interpret for regulatory ACP inquiries and reports (est. at least one per month by end of fiscal year)
o Build and maintain queries to extract data for transparency and compliance reports.
o Thoroughly understand the regulatory safety frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to evolve reporting logic in near-real-time as regulations change.
o Advise on reporting parameters and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
o Identify and resolve discrepancies in data reporting across systems or platforms.
o Ensure consistent and accurate data narratives that reflect the organization's unique context.
o Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support data infrastructure and reporting needs.
o Represent the organization in meetings and contribute to documentation and process reviews.
o Participate in regular check-ins and collaborate on onboarding and training initiatives.
o Independently prioritize tasks, plan analyses, and deliver actionable insights.
o Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
o 8-10 years of applicable industry experience required.
skills: o 3-5 years of experience with advanced SQL and Python scripting for building, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries.
o 3 years' experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau to create compelling dashboards and reports.
o Hands-on experience with data transformation tools (e.g., Databricks, Apache Spark etc.,).
o Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
o Experience with APIs and data pipelines for integrating and automating data flows.
o Familiarity with Azure cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g., Azure Data Explorer, Cosmos, Azure Data Lake Storage).
o Understanding of data warehousing and distributed computing concepts.
o Desire to be working with data and help businesses make better data driven decisions.
