- Proficient in stakeholder communication across diverse teams (Development Managers, Product Managers, Developers, Architects, Compliance Teams, etc.)
- Experience managing technical migration programs, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation strategies
- Proficient in stakeholder and partner management
- Effective at managing ambiguity
- Attentive to detail and highly organized
- Skilled in prioritization and negotiating timelines
- Understanding of relevant technologies to oversee programs
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Collaborative approach to work

- Experience utilizing JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Identity Central
