Job Description:

We are hiring 2 Onsite Test Automation Leads with strong automation expertise and proven leadership experience. Each project in the resume must clearly list how many people they led in the FIRST bullet, and skills used must appear under each project (manager will search using Ctrl+F).

Responsibilities:

Lead QA automation efforts across multiple projects (must show team size led per project)

Develop automation scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript

Manage and execute testing for APIs and data integrations

Work with test management tools such as Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, RTC

Drive Agile-based QA processes and ceremonies

Collaborate with onsite teams in Hartford

Ensure test planning, execution, reporting, and quality metrics

Must Have:

5+ years of QA Testing experience

Strong Automation experience with Selenium + Java + JavaScript

Experience with JIRA/RQM/RTC and API testing

Strong Agile knowledge

Must be Local to Hartford (Hybrid)

Preferred:

Healthcare domain experience
