Position : IT Infrastructure Manager (Contract)

Location : Warren, OH (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description :

• Provide guidance and leadership to the IT Infrastructure and Technical Support teams at Foxconn, Ohio
• Coordinate resources toward the goal of successful project implementation and system maintenance.
• Liaison is to facilitate communication between users, stakeholders, and the project team.
• Create project status progress reports and develop key insights presentations
• Define and delegate critical milestones within Infrastructure and network functions.
• Competency plan for the scaling of the IT infrastructure
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
• Provide leadership and manage the work activities of direct reports in the area of application development for Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and the applications that includes new solutions and enhancement of existing systems.
• Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule network development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff.
• Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents and release management.
• Drives stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality applications and support with controlled and planned change management.
• Communicate project status to various levels of management.
• Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures.
• Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders.
• A passion for all things tech and a drive to experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business.
• An interest in staying hands-on technical as well as wearing that team management hat.
