ServiceNow Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules.
Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and system architecture. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.
Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping.
Experience with other ITSM platforms or enterprise service management tools.
