Title: .NET PL/SQL Developer

Location: Midwest Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$51.45-$73.50/Hrs

Description:
* Design and implement large-scale software solutions in the insurance sector.
* Deliver quality results in a timely manner.
* Resolve complex technical issues with applications and workflows.
* Communicate effectively with project teams and business customers.
* Recommend process improvements for better project deliverables.
* Participate in code and design reviews.
* Support proof-of-concept activities and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and build software solutions focused on compensation and administration systems.
* Identify and resolve technical problems, escalating as needed.
* Consult with customers to optimize the use of computing technologies.
* Lead projects within specific technical areas, planning necessary resources.
* Participate in knowledge sharing and skill development activities.
* Conduct retrospectives to gather feedback for team and product improvement.
* Research and recommend new technologies in collaboration with architects.

Qualifications:
* 8 years of experience as an application developer.
* Proficiency in generic programming languages.
* Strong knowledge and experience with database programming.
* Experience with monitoring and code analysis tools.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Ability to lead large and complex application projects.
* Experience with cloud development practices and various project methodologies.
