Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer with a focus on systematic mainframe programming.
Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and IMS.
Experience with mainframe utilities and tools (e.g., SDSF, CA7, File-Aid).
Good understanding of mainframe architecture, batch and online processing.
Ability to design and implement systematic and repeatable processes for mainframe applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with performance tuning and debugging mainframe applications.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with z/OS environment and tools.
Knowledge of automation frameworks and DevOps practices in a mainframe context.
Familiarity with modern integration tools and APIs.
Certifications related to mainframe technologies.
