The Knowledge Management Administrator will have a wide variety of technical and instructional, collaboration, and communication skills. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Workforce Development & Education.
The Knowledge Management Administrator plays an integral part in the development, integration, and implementation of all learning management systems and digital competency databases within the Network.
Responsibilities
- Upkeep of eLearning Courses and competency files
- Assign and define user roles to organization learners, including employed staff, credentialed staff, and contracted services
- Maintain accurate records and evaluate metrics to gauge effectiveness and course compliance
- Provide technical support related to learner error or access. Escalate technical support to delegate troubleshooting to the appropriate IT support
- Upload eLearning Content, as appropriately requested
- Collaborate with other departments to fine-tune the online training strategy, such as updating courses to reflect policy changes
- Provide Ongoing Feedback, including dissemination of information regarding system upgrades, compliance completion reminders, and training on the systems, as appropriate
- Maintain the learning management system, including uploading new content to achieve online training objectives, ensuring the offering of high-quality content that is easy to navigate
- Implement and maintain a competency database, including collaborating with departments to build and upload standardized competencies for the specific roles, such as nursing and radiology
- Provide insider LMS and Competency database knowledge, including sharing of information as to how each platform can help the organization realize its goals
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of LMS administration required with content/competency development, preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or education, preferred
