Job Details

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Java (J2EE, JSP, EJB, Hibernate, Spring).
  • Proficiency in JBoss EAP, Fuse, and AMQ server environments.
  • Experience with JasperReports Server and IReport Designer tools.
  • Experience in working with Oracle 11g+, MS SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
  • Experience with Alfresco, Ephesoft, and Activiti for content and workflow management.
  • Experience in system integration using JSF, PrimeFaces, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including requirement documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical and solution design documents.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and requirement traceability matrices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address project risks, milestones, and technical challenges.
  • Support validation efforts, create test plans, and assist during user acceptance testing.
  • Deploy and integrate system solutions into production environments.
  • Manage vendor coordination for procurement, proposal evaluations, and technical negotiations.
  • Deliver weekly project status reports and contribute to planning, resource estimation, and issue tracking
