Job Details

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quadient Inspire Developer with strong Java backend skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and integrating customer communication solutions (CCM), deep proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, and a strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and related frameworks. Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Quadient Inspire or similar CCM platforms.

  • Build and maintain Java-based backend services, leveraging Spring Framework.

  • Develop and transform data using XML/XSLT, and integrate it into CCM workflows and templates.

  • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Design and consume RESTful and SOAP Web Services for integration with external systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Work closely with business analysts and QA teams to validate solutions against requirements.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of existing applications.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
