Job Description:
This role will support our client's Project Management Group and support the successful onboarding of new software clients. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through our structured onboarding process and collaborating across internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction. This client-facing, cross-functional role is critical to driving customer success and retention, with senior leadership emphasizing that onboarding shapes 90% of overall customer contentment.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee and manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new Path clients, from contract signing to go-live. Develop detailed project plans and timelines tailored to each customer, ensuring milestones such as environment setup, data migration, training, UAT, and launch are met on schedule.
- Primary Client Contact: Act as the main point of contact for Path clients during onboarding. Lead kickoff meetings and regular status calls, set clear expectations, and provide friendly, timely support to address questions and issues. Maintain strong client engagement to prevent stalls and ensure steady progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal resources including Sales, Implementation (Professional Services), Support, and Product teams to fulfill onboarding objectives. Facilitate seamless hand-offs and align all stakeholders on project tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years work experience required.
- Experience in project coordination, client services, or similar roles (experience in software or financial services a plus).
