Job Details
Experience/Skills Required:-
- Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in template management, contract management/administration, or a related role. Familiarity with legal terminology and contract structures is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management tools and software. Experience with Conga CLM and X-Author Word add-in preferred. Knowledge of document automation and workflow management tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex contract terms and conditions and ensure they are accurately reflected in templates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Template Creation and Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain contract templates within the Conga CLM contract management tool. This includes ensuring templates are compliant with legal standards and company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of template changes and updates. This involves creating and managing a repository of templates and ensuring all versions are accurately documented.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as legal, procurement, and sales to gather requirements and feedback for template improvements. Facilitate regular meetings to discuss template-related issues and updates.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on the use of contract templates and the Conga CLM tool. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of contract templates to ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
