• Responsibilities:
  1. Operationalizing data pipelines from request intake, processing, reserving, delivery and restoration of data.
  2. Work on TDM tools like Broadcom TDM, Informatica TDM, Delphix, GenRocket.
  3. Produce intelligent data sets in lower-level environments synthetic / manufactured data.
  4. Desensitize confidential information with masking / obfuscation techniques.
  5. Work on structured data resources like Oracle, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, DB2, cloud storage etc.
  6. Integrate data provisioning solutions with automation, CI-CD, data pipeline.
  7. Implement TDM capabilities across testing life cycle.
  8. Ensure solutions are secured, scalable, resilient and bring agility into product development.
  9. Measure and monitor data coverage using KPI.

• Requirements:
  1. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Test Data Management role.
  3. Experienced in TDM, data masking and building the strategy for TDM.
  4. Experienced in handling various types of structured and unstructured data sets.
  5. Experienced in tools like Broadcom TDM, Informatica TDM, Delphix, GenRocket.
  6. Experience of working in Agile methodology.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

MUST HAVE:

• Tools- Broadcom TDM, Informatica TDM, Delphix, GenRocket.
• Produce intelligent data sets in lower-level environments synthetic / manufactured data
• Experienced in TDM, data masking and building the strategy for TDM.

Pay Range in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
