Level 3 Help Desk Technician

Our client is looking for a motivated Help Desk Analyst who enjoys solving problems and helping people. In this role, you ll be the go-to person when technology hiccups happen troubleshooting issues, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to larger IT initiatives.   • Location: Pennsauken, NJ
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 100-120k

What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide timely Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, applications, and system updates.
  • Manage and document service tickets, ensuring issues are resolved in line with established SLAs.
  • Partner with IT leadership on security alerts, asset management, and system improvement projects.
  • Assist with user onboarding, desk relocations, and system setups to keep business operations running smoothly.

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and familiarity with Windows Server environments (2012 2022).
  • Experience supporting Office 365 applications including SharePoint and Exchange.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple system layers (hardware, software, and network).
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and Excel Macros.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
