Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and maintaining Windows 11 systems while ensuring seamless user experience across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support for PCs, tablets, and related platforms, ensuring user satisfaction and system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and assist users with system functionalities.
Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, service management, and business representatives to address technical needs.
Utilize ServiceNow for handling incidents, changes, and problem management processes.
Maintain and configure secure connectivity tools such as Cisco AnyConnect/SecureConnect.
Work independently and proactively while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Manage hardware and system configurations, including Citrix technologies and Dell systems.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and ensure proper backup and recovery processes are in place.
Lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (HiSET or GED certificate required).
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT support, including desktop systems, legacy systems, and communication technologies.
Proficiency in Windows 11, Active Directory, and configuration management tools.
Familiarity with Citrix technologies and computer hardware, including Dell systems.
Experience with Microsoft SCCM for system management and deployment.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and backup technologies.
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
