Overview
An Enterprise Requirements Engineer is needed to help architect and manage projects by coordinating with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams. This role requires technical expertise to decompose requirements into actionable technical implementations across multiple projects. Historically, similar requirements have been implemented in silos; this position aims to consolidate and streamline enterprise-level requirements to reduce redundancy, manual labor, and delivery time.

Position: Enterprise Requirements Engineer

MUST HAVES:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or 7 years with Ph.D.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Data Science (or 4 years additional experience in lieu of degree)
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- One active certification from the following list:
- CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, GCLD, GCSA, or GICSP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Awareness of Microservice and SOA patterns
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience in requirements gathering, decomposition, and alignment across multiple efforts
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence for requirement tracking
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements for enterprise systems
