Note: This is not a Corporate Recruiting/Recruiter position. It is an Oracle Cloud Implementation Consultant role focused on modules- Learning, Performance Management and Recruitment.
Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Learning, Performance Management and Recruiting Lead Consultant. to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading both Oracle Cloud Learning, Performance Management and Recruiting Cloud. It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions across our many Cloud projects in Public Sector.

This position requires approximately up to 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation lifecycle
- Identify business requirements and map them to the HCM Cloud functionality
- Conduct Functional Design Workshops
- Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure the applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and developing test scripts
- Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Lead with the following:
- Ideal candidate has completed two end-to-end Cloud implementations with Oracle HCM Talent Management Suite specifically with Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Performance Management and Learning modules.
- Key skill needs are: Talent Management suite of modules must have experience in Learning, Performance Mgmt and Recruiting Cloud.
- Solid experience working with Oracle E-Business, PeopleSoft or Cloud applications with a focus in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Experience implementing HCM solutions in Public Sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
- Travel to client sites as needed
- Must currently live in the US
