Role: Employee Experience Strat I (REL) Location: Pensacola, FL (Hybrid) 6++ Months Long Term Contract

Candidate can be located in HQ (Vienna, VA), WOC (Winchester, VA), or GPO (Pensacola, FL)

Experience in market/consumer research, project management, and analysis of strategic planning initiatives.
Significant experience in managing cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects of the highest complexity which have business risk and impact.
Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment.
Advanced skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives, and information clearly and concisely.
Knowledge of project lifecycles and management methodologies.
Working knowledge of Client s policies, procedures, instructions, automated systems software and NCUA policies, instructions, and regulations.
Knowledge of Client s functions, philosophy, operations, and organizational objective.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
