Role: Production support specialist
Location: Remote
| MQ Description |
| A minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience in the last seven (7) years creating product roadmaps and working with development teams to implement technical aspects of a product. |
| A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years as a product/solution specialist facilitating product-vision alignment and strategy to meet goals for projects involving legacy system transformation into modernized platforms and products. |
| A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years managing stakeholders to align and meet stakeholder objectives on IT project(s). |
| A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years optimizing workflow velocity, working with end users to create usercentered service delivery on IT project(s). |
| A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years managing the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of one (1) or more digital products/platforms on IT project(s). |
| A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years working on the implementation of IT project(s), using principles of structured design thinking to engage executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions. |
| Desirable Qualification |
| A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years working in the Motor Vehicle industry. |
| A minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years working as a Product Support Specialist on one (1) or more government projects. |
| A minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years working as a Technical Product Manager. |
| A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years leading Release Management or related technical activities. |
| A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years as a product/solution specialist facilitating product-vision alignment and strategy to meet goals for projects involving legacy system transformation into modernized platforms and products. |
| A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years managing the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of one (1) or more digital products/platforms on IT project(s). |
| Possess a certification in Product Management or as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from a recognized institute; a copy of the valid certification must be provided. |
