We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Integration Senior Solution Lead with expertise across SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), including CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). This role demands strong technical and architectural capabilities to design, lead, and deliver complex integration solutions in SAP landscapes, including hybrid and cloud-native environments.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale integration initiatives, with a strong focus on delivering secure, scalable, and reusable solutions across diverse platforms and systems.

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP integration architecture using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, and SAP BTP services.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

  • Define and enforce integration standards, patterns, and governance frameworks.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of interfaces design, build, test, deploy, and support.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Optimize performance, security, and scalability of integration solutions.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to integration developers and consultants.

  • Stay up to date with SAP s roadmap, especially around BTP services, and drive innovation and modernization initiatives.

< data-start="1961" data-end="1998">Key Skills & Qualifications:</>

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO, including ESR and ID objects, adapters (REST, SOAP, IDoc, SFTP, JDBC, etc.), BPM, and mapping techniques (graphical, XSLT, Java).

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) including iflows, Groovy scripting, and pre/post-processing.

  • Familiarity with API Management, OAuth2, and security standards like SAML, SSL/TLS.

  • Deep understanding of integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud, Salesforce, and third-party systems.

  • Experience with 2 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including design, development, and go-live support.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins), and transport management in BTP.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Exposure to Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) using SAP Event Mesh.

  • Experience in non-SAP integrations, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and SAP Activate.

  • SAP certifications in BTP or CPI are advantageous.
