<p>Position Details:</p><br /><p>Position: Workday Architect </p><br /><p>Location: <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Charlotte, NC; Richmond, VA; Kennesaw, GA</span></p><br /><p>Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr.</p><br /><p>Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)    </p><br /><p><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">MUST HAVES</strong></p><br /><ul><br /><li><br /><ul data-editing-info="{"applyListStyleFromLevel":true}"><br /><li><br /><p class="x_elementToProof">10-15 years working within Workday Configuration</p><br /></li><br /><ul><br /><li><br /><div>Can go into Workday and change a business system </div><br /></li><br /><li><br /><div>Can build from scratch </div><br /></li><br /></ul><br /><li><br /><div class="x_elementToProof">5+ years of Core HCM configuration </div><br /></li><br /><li><br /><div>Build out modules within the application <strong>VERY HANDS ON </strong></div><br /></li><br /><li><br /><div>Experience demonstrating builds to the business </div><br /></li><br /><ul data-editing-info="{"applyListStyleFromLevel":true}"><br /><li><br /><div>Able to explain what they built and why </div><br /></li><br /><li><br /><div class="x_elementToProof">Understand business needs and be able to think about existing solutions within Workday, or what is on the roadmap</div><br /></li><br /><li><br /><div class="x_elementToProof">Business analysis experience </div><br /></li><br /></ul><br /><li><br /><div class="x_elementToProof">Experience working with offshore teams </div><br /></li><br /><li><br /><div>Good communication, self starter, eager to learn </div><br /></li><br /></ul><br /></li><br /></ul>
