- RMM Tools, TeamViewer (remote troubleshooting)
- ITSM: ServiceDesk

Requirements
Top Skills/Job Scope:
- 2-3+ years of professional IT experience supporting tier 1 and tier 2 tickets for users
- Windows 11 (some MacOS experience)
- O365, Active Directory
- Ticketing, User Support Background
- General Networking, VPN, VoIP
- Understanding of infrastructure and monitoring
- Remote Troubleshooting - TeamViewer preferred
- VDI / Virtualization skills (preferred)
- Team Player, Strong Communication, Go-Getter/Motivated, Passionate about IT, Collaborative, Problem Solver
- Some support of Mac OS and Apple devices (environment is 80% Windows and 20% Mac)
- Will support up to 500 users remotely and 100 users onsite (working alongside a team of other Techs)
- Resolve tickets and maintain/repair hardware issues
- Proactively monitor performance of backend systems/infrastructure and endpoints (for security, updates needed, replacements, decommissioning, asset control, etc.)
- Good Documentation
