Contract: 3-Month W2 Contract (Potential for Extension)
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour (Based on Experience)

Russell Tobin is partnering with an iconic global retailer renowned for its bold, fashion-forward designs across intimate apparel, sleepwear, swim, sport, and accessories. The Graphics team is seeking an Assistant Graphic Designer to help shape the visual storytelling behind their seasonal launches and category campaigns.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact, entry-level design opportunity where you ll contribute directly to consumer-facing collateral everything from hang tags and packaging to in-store visuals and promotional materials. You ll join a collaborative team that moves fast and values creativity, organization, and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute compelling layouts, illustrations, and production-ready artwork across point-of-sale materials, graphic charts, and spec packs.
• Support multiple product categories including intimates, sleep, sport, swim, and accessories.
• Collaborate with senior creatives to uphold brand consistency and translate marketing needs into effective visuals.
• Participate in concept development while following established templates and design guidelines.
• Manage timelines and workload efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

What We're Looking For:

Soft Skills:

• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Creative thinker who is curious and eager to learn
• A self-starter who picks things up quickly and contributes proactively
• Comfortable balancing both creative and administrative tasks

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong illustration and layout skills
• Experience with apparel graphics and product marketing visuals preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience designing for retail, fashion, or consumer goods
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience creating graphic spec packs or production files
• Can showcase both creative concepts and technical execution in your portfolio
