Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing maintenance space. We are looking for a hands-on and strategic manager, who can delegate and directly engage machinery. You will build out a proactive maintenance program while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives, while leading a small team of technicians.
Must Haves / Mandatory
- Background in manufacturing maintenance (team management + hands-on ability).
- Experience driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, TPM, waste reduction).
- Ability to develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and TPM frameworks.
- Strong management, organizational, and communication skills with ability to drive change.
